Online Ticketing

Purchasing Tickets

Please make sure you select the correct day that you wish to purchase tickets for.  There is a non-refundable 3rd party charge of $1.00 for each ticket purchased online. Currently only MasterCard, Visa & Discover Card can be used for online ticket purchases. 

E-Mail Confirmation

Your ISP might block the confirmation e-mail that includes the transaction #.  Not receiving an e-mail confirmation does not mean there is any problem with the transaction.  What is essential is after the successful completion of your ticket transaction a page comes up last that includes a bar code and a transaction #

This is the the page that we suggest you print and bring to the theatre along with the credit card used to make the purchase. If you are not able to print the page please write down the transaction # and have available.

Ticket Pickup Instructions

You will need to bring the actual credit card that was used to make your online ticket purchase to retrieve your tickets at Majestic 10 or the bar-coded transaction paper. 

Although not required it is suggested to have available a printed copy of the bar-coded online ticket transaction.


Following a successful transaction, tickets may be picked up any time during regular business hours by supplying the credit card used to make the purchase at our box office or any open selling station (This includes any open concession stations).  You may also use the bar-coded printout at the ticket kiosk located in our lobby which is able to scan your bar-coded online ticket purchase printout.

Print at Home Tickets:  Those holding Bar-coded ticket printouts may head directly to the ticket taker station who will scan their printout and issue tickets directly.   This additional convenience for our online ticket purchasers is only available Friday evenings, Saturdays afternoons & evenings, and Sunday afternoons.

Cancellations

You will need to present the same credit card at the theatre to process any refunds, cancellations or other problems with your credit card. Service charges are not refunded for cancellations due to 3rd party fees.

Refunds can only be issued before or on or before the specific start time on the ticket purchased.  Please contact the theatre prior to showtime if unable to attend (802-878-5090).  We are not able to bring up any uncollected tickets after the close of our box office for that day.
