Purchasing Tickets

Pickup Instructions

You will need to bring the credit card that was
used to make your online ticket purchase to retrieve your tickets at
Majestic 10. You should also have available a printed copy of
the successful online ticket transaction.
Following a successful transaction, tickets may be picked up any time
during regular business hours by supplying the credit card used to
make the purchase at our box office or at our automated box office
kiosk.

For security purposes, you must use the
actual credit card number imprinted on the credit card and that same
card must be presented at the theater. Please note if a "temporary or
single use" card number is used, which is different from the imprinted
credit card number, you will be unable to retrieve your tickets at the
theater.
Cancellations

You will need to present the same
credit card at the theatre to process any refunds,
cancellations or other problems with your credit card. Service
charges are not refunded for cancellations due to 3rd party
fees. Refunds can only be issued before or on or before the
specific start time on the ticket purchased. Please
contact the theatre prior to showtime if unable to attend
(802-878-5090). We are not able to bring up any
uncollected tickets after the close of our box office for that
day.
