As Vermont's premier cinema complex, we at Majestic 10 strive for excellence in bringing you the best theatre experience possible.  With 100% digital projection in all 10 of our auditoriums, we present a bright, beautiful picture with the best image quality available.  Our theatres also come equipped with Dolby Digital Surround Sound, with our three biggest houses equipped with Dolby 7.1 to bring your movie to life. 

We also offer digital 3D on five screens, utilizing both MasterImage and Dolby 3D technology to bring you all the biggest blockbusters in a whole new dimension.

MasterImage 3D

Our MasterImage 3D system provides the best image quality, color and fidelity to optimize picture brightness and 3D effect.  Using triple-flash image separation, and provides the brightest 3D picture from a standard single projector, without the ghosting effect. The MasterImage theatres at Majestic 10 utilize lightweight, pre-packaged 3D glasses, available in both child and adult/youth sizes.

Dolby Digital 3D

Dolby 3D uses full-spectrum color technology to provide a crisp, clear image.  The 3D effect is created by a rotating color wheel inside the projector, where it filters the light before the image is formed, resulting in an unaltered image with preserved color and quality.  Dolby 3D projects full-color images to both left and right eyes, but with two slightly different sets of primary colors. 

The  eco-friendly, reusable Dolby 3D glasses are precisely tuned to match the color filters in the projector to ensure that the viewer's eyes each see the correct image.  The glasses are sanitized after each use, and deliver a comfortable fit for both children and adults with the highest quality 3D experience.
